Currys is dishing out Samsung TVs for free and here’s how to claim yours

Yes, you did read that headline correctly. Currys has just launched a new incentive that is offering customers the chance to get a new TV totally free. This pretty epic deal is available when adding Samsung’s latest and greatest The Frame Pro (2025) to shopping baskets. If that smart TV sounds enticing, you’ll be able to opt for a bundle that includes a second model (from 2023) without paying a penny for the privilege.

Here’s how the offer works.

You buy a 65-inch The Frame Pro from Currys and get a 32-inch The Frame screen worth £399 for free.

For those not in the know, Samsung’s The Frame tellies screw to your walls and offer a design that’s meant to look more like a piece of art than a gogglebox. The latest The Frame Pro also gets new wireless technology, which beams content to the screen via a Wireless One Connect Box to cut down on the need for cables messing up the walls.

It also offers stunning 4K visuals and is fully smart with instant access to all the most popular streaming apps.

Other extras include a Matte Display, which absorbs reflections, so there won’t be any distracting glare. You can also change the bezels that surround the panel to suit your decor.

When it’s not time to watch live or on-demand content, you switch The Frame to Art Mode. This does exactly what it says on the tin and transforms the screen into a picture gallery. You’ll even find over 3,000 pieces in Samsung’s Art Store

It’s a smart bit of tech that makes a TV blend it better with your home. The only thing to note is this is not a cheap device with prices starting from £1,599 – you do, of course, get that second The Frame screen thrown in.

If all that sounds a bit too pricey, there are loads of different TVs at more reasonable prices.

For example, you can buy Sky’s Glass Air television for £6 per month or opt for Amazon’s smart Fire TV, which starts at £179.

Argos is also offering new Bush TVs for just £99. These very cheap televisions are powered by Freely, which means owners can watch live and on-demand content without the need for an aerial as everything is beamed to the screen via broadband instead.
