Argos dishes out £99 Android phones but we’ve found an even cheaper deal

Anyone looking for a very cheap Android smartphone might want to go online shopping this week. Argos has just announced a bunch of deals on Google-powered devices, including the Motorola G35 at its lowest ever price. In fact, this feature-packed device can currently be grabbed for just £99.99.

For that low cost, you get a call maker that features a 6.72-inch display, audio powered by Dolby Atmos and a massive 5,000mAh battery that offers all-day usage. A dual-lens camera is placed on the rear case, it has an octa-core processor under its shell, 128GB of storage and offers access to quick 5G data speeds that can help download files and films in a flash.

£99.99 for this phone is a solid offer, but we’ve found it even cheaper at John Lewis. Admittedly, it’s only a 99p saving, but every little helps.

Of course, this is not a flagship phone, so it will only suit those looking for more basic features. This is definitely not a device for anyone needing to edit 4K movies on the move or play memory-hungry games.

The Motorola G35 isn’t the only budget phone that’s currently discounted. Other devices that can be picked up at a lower cost include Samsung’s Galaxy A17 4G, the Honor X5 Plus and Galaxy A17 with 5G technology.

Apple’s older iPhone 16e is also £100 cheaper than at launch, and there are decent deals to be grabbed on Google’s Pixel device.

If any of that sounds enticing, see some of the best budget phone discounts below.
