After months of rumours and endless speculation, the Galaxy S26 range is finally here. These new flagship phones (which include the S26, S26+ and ultimate S26 Ultra) now feature improved processing power, long batterty life and a slightly refreshed look that’s covered in toughned glass. The more premium Ultra also now packs a new Privacy Display, which stops strangers from having a sneaky look at what’s on the screen. This 6.9-inch device also includes an S Pen inside for making notes along with getting a getting quad rear camera that now shoots much better photos at night.

All are available now to pre-order with prices starting from £879 when buying directly from Samsung. The Korean firm is even offering free double storage for early adopters. Of course, it’s also possible to grab one of these devices on contract with all of the main networks stocking the S26 range. There are plenty of plans but deal that has definitely caught our eye comes from Sky Mobile.

The provider has the S26 starting from £30 per month with a £12 upfront fee.

Then there’s that offer that boosts the storage for free which means you get a 512GB model for the same price as the 256GB version.

As we mentioned earlier, that bonus is actually something Samsung is offering as part of its pre-order bundles but where Sky does beat its rivals is with the added bonus of a free Galaxy Watch8 or Galaxy Watch8 Classic.

These are solid deals but you do need to be aware of the contract length and total price. Sky’s plans are based on signing up for three years.

The £30 price also doesn’t include any data, calls or texts which have to be added separately.

As a quick guide, the S26 with 40GB of data will cost £40 per month.

Not factoring in any yearly price hikes, the total cost over the term would be £1,440. You may it’s cheaper overall to buy the Galaxy S26 from Samsung and add a SIM, just beware that you won’t get the free Galaxy Watch and you’ll need at least £879 in your bank account.
