As the cold weather sets in across the UK, many people will be looking forward to holidays in the sun next year. The good news is that airlines are offering an extra 31 destinations for Brits heading abroad in 2026.
Airlines including British Airways, easyJet and TUI have confirmed a host of new places they will be flying to next year. Most of the new flights will begin in the spring months before continuing throughout the summer. Newcastle Airport is set for the most new destinations, with easyJet set to launch a new base at the airport in 2026. This will see the airline fly to an extra 11 destinations from Newcastle.
Meanwhile, Jet2 has confirmed seven new destinations from East Midlands Airport. These include Split in Croatia, Agadir in Morocco and Chania in Greece.

EasyJet is launching a new base at Newcastle Airport next spring. It will lead to an expansion of its network from the airport, including flights to:
- Antalya, Turkey, with easyJet from March 29, 2026.
- Dalaman, Turkey, with easyJet from March 31, 2026.
- Rhodes, Greece, with easyJet from Summer 2026.
- Corfu, Greece, with easyJet from April 3, 2026.
- Faro, Portugal, with easyJetMarch from 29, 2026.
- Malta with easyJet from March 30, 2026.
- Prague, Czechia, with easyJet from August 2, 2026.
- Reus, Spain, with easyJet from March 31, 2026.
- Nice, France, with easyJet from March 29, 2026.
- Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, with easyJet from August 3, 2026.
- Enfidha, Tunisia, with easyJet from March 29, 2026.
