Renowned actor Philip Seymour Hoffman’s final role in an acclaimed thriller is now available for free streaming.

The film, A Most Wanted Man, has been rediscovered by many viewers after its recent broadcast on live television.

Those who missed the airing can still enjoy the film at their leisure via Channel 4’s dedicated app.

The film hit UK cinemas in September 2014, just a few months after the tragic passing of the Oscar-winning actor.

It stands as one of his last screen performances, along with both parts of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, which were released posthumously.

A Most Wanted Man features Hoffman as German agent and intelligence officer Günther Bachmann, who heads an anti-terror unit. When an escaped militant offers him an opportunity, he sets a trap for a respected Muslim scholar suspected of funding terrorists.

The film is based on the eponymous novel by celebrated author John le Carre. Joining Hoffman in the cast are high-profile actors including Rachel McAdams, Willem Dafoe, and Robin Wright, reports the Mirror.
