Fitbit trackers get even cheaper on Amazon ahead of Black Friday
Last week, I wrote about how every Fitbit in the current line up was on sale on Amazon, but seven days later the retailer has dropped the prices of the popular trackers and smartwatches even further to some of the best prices I’ve ever seen.
The Fitbit Inspire 3 is now just £52.19, the cheapest it has ever been sold for at Amazon according to price checker site Camelcamelcamel. Like every Fitbit, it is compatible with iPhone or Android via the free Fitbit app.
This entry-level tracker is superb value at this price, offering up to 10 days battery life, the best longevity on a Fitbit, a colour screen, heart rate tracking, steps, calories burned, sleep tracking, and GPS run tracking when connected to your phone.
If you prefer built-in GPS so you can leave your phone at home, the Fitbit Charge 6 has it for the great discounted price of £82.80, a phenomenal 41 percent saving on its £139.99 RRP.
It’s a slim tracker with a better display than the Inspire 3, and it also has Google Maps turn by turn directions that cyclists will find handy, plus Google Wallet to add your payment cards to for contactless payments.
It has up to seven days of battery life, more than 40 exercise modes, 24/7 heart rate monitoring and practically all the features you’ll find on the more expensive Fitbit Versa 4, which is itself discounted to £125 down from £179.
It is the shape of a smartwatch and therefore has a larger screen to see the time, your stats, notifications and other text, but otherwise is very similar in functionality to the Charge 6. You get up to six days of battery life, built-in GPS, and a subtle, slim design that is lightweight than other smartwatches. The trade off is you can’t download third party apps – you only get what Fitbit gives you.

The top-of-the-line Fitbit is the Fitbit Sense 2, which is now cheaper at £146.70 instead of £219.
It has the same design as the Versa 4 but adds 24/7 mood monitoring. It uses a skim temperature sensor to detect a possible change in mood, allowing you to log your feelings with a tap. Viewing the data in the Ftibit app aims to help you understand what might stress you out, allowing you to address it.
Purchasing a Fitbit gets you six months free access to Fitbit Premium, the optional subscription within the Fitbit app that opens up deeper insight into your health and fitness data, as well as access to things such as video fitness tutorials.
These prices have dropped since last week, but there’s no way to tell if that will happen again as Black Friday approaches. All we know is that these are some of the lowest prices we’ve ever seen for the current Fitbit range.
