Coffee lovers across the UK are in for a treat as Co-op launches a special, one-day-only offer on Costa Coffee drinks. Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14, 2025, shoppers can enjoy all regular Costa Express drinks for just £1 in participating stores – a saving of up to nearly 70% on usual prices.

The promotion covers a wide range of favourites, including Americanos, Lattes, Cappuccinos, Flat Whites, tea, and hot chocolate. Normally priced from £2.40 for tea or short drinks, and from £3.20 for coffee or hot chocolate, the offer represents significant savings with over 50 different varieties of hot and cold drinks available. This deal will be available in all 1,400 Co-op stores equipped with a Costa Express machine. Co-op has been rolling out these machines since 2018, in an aim to bring the convenience of Costa Coffee to shoppers on the go. 

Lyndsey Thornton, Co-op’s Food To Go Buying Manager, said: “Our shoppers love a Costa Coffee and as a convenience retailer with stores across the UK, we are perfectly placed to give them a convenient hot drink hit whether they’re on the go or popping in for their daily essentials.”

The £1 deal is only available for one day and only while stocks last. Shoppers are advised to plan ahead if they want to make the most of the promotion, as high demand is expected.

Claiming the deal is simple. Customers can visit any participating Co-op store with a Costa Express machine and choose their favourite drink from the menu.

Payment is made at the machine as usual, with the £1 price automatically applied during the promotion. There’s no need for coupons or vouchers – the saving is applied directly at the point of purchase.
