BBC Countryfile presenter Adam Henson has revealed two new luxury cabins at his Cotswolds farm. The popular TV personality, who lives at the 650-hectare Cotswold Farm Park with his wife Charlie, has opened the cabins for paying guests.

The cabins enhance the existing accommodation options, which include lodges and camping pitches. Situated approximately five miles from the tourist hotspot of Bourton-on-the-Water, the farm park now provides more choices for those considering an overnight stay to fully experience all it has to offer. Each cabin can house four guests and bookings are available from now until October 31.

Reservations for the newly introduced Ash and Oak cabins start at £195 per night. Ash Cabin boasts two double beds, while Oak Cabin features one double bed and a bunk bed with two singles.

Cotswold Farm Park Holidays is offering an exclusive discount for visitors who are quick to book before autumn ends. A saving of 25 per cent will be applied to all new bookings made before September 30, according to Birmingham Live.

To avail of the savings, bookers must use the code AUTUMNESCAPE. The price of the stay includes free entry to the farm park. These upmarket lodges come fully kitted out for either a quartet of guests or a family unit, featuring en-suites with cascade showers, wash basins, loos, and heated towel racks.

The lounge area encompasses a dining section, television, and settee, whilst the kitchenette comes equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, twin-ring electric cooktop, oven, and coffee maker. This move comes after the 59-year-old celebrity announced earlier this year his departure from his Cotswolds farm.

Adam revealed his and Charlie’s choice to relocate to a nearby bungalow after taking over the farm established by his father, Joe, back in 1971. According to reports, Adam’s children have opted against following their father’s farming path, leading the TV personality to depart from their beloved residence.

Discussing the legacy of the Cotswolds farm with the Express, he noted: “My dad was ahead of his time by opening a farm for people to come and visit, bottle-feed a lamb or hold a chick.” Adam’s enthusiasm for wildlife, stemming from his childhood, seems not to have passed to his children, with the broadcaster acknowledging that farming life hasn’t sparked his offspring’s ambitions.

He revealed: “Sure, they can lamb a sheep and drive a tractor, but my daughter lives in Perth as an events organiser and my son is a financial advisor in Leeds.”
