Emergency services rushed to a shop near Glasgow Central Station on Sunday afternoon to reports of a fire. Firefighters were called to a premises near the station’s Union Street entrance at around 3.40pm. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service mobilised six appliances and specialist units to the scene.

People have been urged to avoid the area and keep their windows closed.
