Shoppers get ‘gorgeous’ £20 cardigan for less than £4.50

Valentine’s Day is just weeks away, and whilst it may not rival the scale of Easter or Christmas, it remains a cherished occasion for many people. For those who enjoy dressing up for the occasion, Sainsbury’s TU is offering a chic loveheart cardigan costing £20, and available in sizes eight-24.

However, potential purchasers can secure it for even less, courtesy of an offer from money-saving platform Top Cashback. The site rewards new members with cashback and this promotion enables new Top Cashback customers to buy the Valentine’s Day cardigan for just £4.48, after cashback.

The cream and red long-sleeve cardi has an adorable loveheart pattern throughout, a crew neckline and button fastening. The style of the pattern isn’t over the top and could be worn on any occasion, rather than being confined to Valentine’s Day alone.

If you’re already a Top Cashback customer, it can be bought for £19.48, after cashback, reports the Mirror.

The Sainsbury’s printed cardigan has been a hit among customers, with many leaving positive reviews. One satisfied customer shared: “Great cardigan brought last week.”

Another shopper was so impressed they bought two, saying: “Ordered online for my sister, then saw how gorgeous it was and ordered one for me! Gorgeous material, so well made and such a bargain price. Well done Tu. Please do other patterns!”

One reviewer left a comprehensive comment: “Gorgeous! The colour is more white than cream, on which the red hearts look great. The cardigan is heavier than expected, therefore warm. I love the red buttons. The sleeves are a bit long but can be turned up. I plan to wear it with red Tu trousers, which have a white and navy side panel, and a navy or white T-shirt. This is a favourite cardigan for me – it makes a statement and is fun.”

Potential buyers can also find feedback on Trustpilot about Tu clothing, where one user highlighted an issue with inconsistent sizing, stating: “Easy to order and collect, but the sizing needs to be better as two shirts the same size are definitely not the same size physically.”
