Theodore Gerard was a Belgian Painter and was born in 1829 and he died in 1895. He was a painter and an engraver of genre scenes. He was a painter who got most of his inspiration from the Low Countries. In the year 1863, Gerard studied at the Ghent Academy and later moved to Brussels.
