Tesco Mobile has extended its free roaming service, a move that will be welcomed by customers planning trips abroad. The mobile provider offers free roaming – including UK texts, calls and data – across 48 EU locations.

Although this arrangement was set to end in 2026, Tesco Mobile has now extended its roaming provision well beyond next year. A full list of eligible destinations can be found below.

Previously, mobile operators were banned from charging extra for using your UK allowance – calls, texts and data – while on holiday in the EU, reports The Mirror. However, this restriction no longer applies following Brexit.

Laura Joseph, Chief Customer Officer at Tesco Mobile, said: “We know how important it is for families to stay connected-whether you’re sharing holiday snaps, checking in with loved ones, or finding your way around a new city.”
