£35 cleanser that aims to ‘plump wrinkles’ now £3.63 in bundle offer
For beauty lovers wanting to try new things, a bundle is one of the best ways to sample a range of products without breaking the bank. Enter: the Reset and Renew Edit (worth £205), which is up for grabs on OK! Beauty Box at £39.99. That’s pretty astounding considering there are 11 products included – making each goodie just £3.63.
One of the standout products in the set is the Bee Venom Cleansing Balm Mini – usually worth £35. Rodial says that the “wonder ingredient bee venom works to plump fine lines and wrinkles and firms the skin whilst almond, jojoba and wheatgerm oils soften the skin and amino acids and salicylic acids improve the appearance of uneven skin tone.”
Also in the set is an Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Gel 40ml travel size (worth £10) which has essential oils and natural ingredients to help soothe and refresh muscles, a KAB Cosmetics Translucent Setting Powder 6g full size (worth £23), a Brushworks No.6 Double Ended Powder and Buff Brush (worth £8.99) and a Figs & Rouge Secret Radiance Glow & Prime Moisture Creme 40ml free size (worth £45) that is said to ‘lock in moisture to deliver up to 72 hours of hydration’.
Beauty fans could also sample the 30ml full size Wild Science Lab Control Switch Repair Serum (worth £35), an Aromatherapy Associates Rose Bath & Shower Oil (worth £14), Makeup Revolution London Superdewy Liquid Blush full size (worth £5.99), a Beauty Pro Squalane Nourishing Facial Sheet Mask (worth £6), a FUL Intense Moisture Hair Mask in a 60ml travel size (worth £15) that minimises damage caused by colouring, sun and heat styling, and lastly a FUL Wide Tooth Comb (worth £9.50). Plus, there are also vouchers to redeem two copies of OK! Magazine in the box.
If this bundle isn’t the one, there is also a Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Dewy Skin Routine Kit for £35.40, down from £59, from Sephora. This set is all about skincare rather than makeup, with products including the 50ml Pink Juice, 40ml Dew Drops, 40ml WM Toner and a WM Jelly Sheet Mask which are all said to ‘treat, tone, brighten and hydrate skin.’
For a more expensive buy, there is also the Clinique Skincare Bestsellers Bundle for £101 on LookFantastic. This is a three piece skincare regime that features a collection of Clinique’s bestselling products including a cleansing balm (125ml), a moisturiser (50ml) and an eye cream (15ml).
There have been high ratings for the products within the Reset and Renew Edit. On the Rodial website, one person said of the Bee Venom Cleansing Balm: “The balm is so luxurious in texture and smells amazing.” On the OK! Beauty Box website, another person wrote: “Love, love, love the Bee Venom cleansing balm. I’ve had some incredibly good cleansers in OK Beauty boxes, but this one is fantastic and feels amazing on my skin. Love the Wild Science serum too, another fab product, and the beauty brush. And a nice oil and face mask never goes amiss. Thanks for such lovely beauty treats.”
A third commented: “I thought I’d take a chance on this box, I’m so glad I did. A nice little treat coming through the post mid week, really cheered me up. I’ve tried most of the items, and love everything I’ve tried. Absolute bargain of beauty items. Highly recommend.”
However, one shopper did say of the Bee Venom Cleansing Balm on the Rodial website: “Great cleanser only gave 4* as my favourite is the pink diamond.” And of the beauty box as a whole, one customer said in their review: “The Reset and Renew edit is fantastic I especially love the make up brush, the rodial bee venom and the figs and rouge moisturiser. My only complaint was the missing free gift.”
